Christiana Hill Hamlin founded RINO Insurance with a mission to create the premier insurance agency in Colorado. Tired of false promises, phony sales pitches, and no claims support, Christiana was inspired to give the people of Colorado the insurance agency they deserve.
RINO Insurance was born in 2018 in the River North Art District (RINO) in Denver, Colorado. True to the spirit of the neighborhood, RINO Insurance prides itself on a creative, entrepreneurial approach that is unique to Colorado.
Colorado is a tricky state for insurance. We live in an elevated desert with unique weather characteristics such as hail, forest fires, and loads of snow. Navigating these complex insurance challenges requires a creative and entrepreneurial spirit to properly serve our customers.
Our customers value not only our knowledge of Colorado, but also RINO Insurance's customer-centric approach. Every team member at RINO Insurance takes pride in making sure our customers are properly educated and supported throughout their journey with RINO Insurance.
When you become part of the RINO Insurance family, you have three layers of support. First, your Insurance Specialist (i.e. agent) is your personal insurance expert who will tailor the right insurance policy at the right price for you. Second, you're supported by a Customer Success team to advocate for you on any claims issues that may arise. Third, you have the backing of one of most successful insurance agency owners in the state. No longer will you feel confused or alone during any aspect of the insurance process.
Most agencies believe that so many layers of customer support is overkill or too expensive -- we think it's what the people of Colorado deserve.
